Job Overview

Monitoring all Registered SPGM and reconciliation of accrual rebate figure versus sales.
Manage and Maintain National rebate register ensuring net-results balance to pre-determine budgets assigned by DOS, CFO and MD
Ad hoc Rebate investigation in relation to previous deal and previous year.

Reconciliation and verification on high volume of customer’s claims/invoices with sales information regular base.
Investigate and verify credit payment against accrual figure and sales figure.
Processing all type of rebate claims by Credit note and AP transactions

Creating and providing national report regularly. Where required, present to sales, finance, credit, consumers, suppliers and other distribution centers both state and national level.
Analyzing Sales Deduction (such as Rebate, Price Protection and co-op advertising) status with business planning and reporting to senior management monthly base.
Regular support and monitoring of Rebate, PP and Co-op to ensure the transaction process within financial and accounting perspective.
Preparation of supporting documents and justification for internal and external audit requirements.
Perform various analysis such as Balance movement report, Daily Sales & OI progress, and Daily Sales Deduction rate progress
Month–end process for Sales Deduction (Rebate, Price Protection and Co-op Advertising) to meet Business planning and Monthly moving planning.
Provide executive management with clear insights into category drivers of revenue, marginal profit analysis and profit maximization, market trends, risks, and opportunities leading to revenue enhancing sales and product actions.
Sales Deduction analyse with regard to (Rebate, Price Protection and Co-op advertising) and reporting to senior management on monthly base.
Where required – monitor and provide CEO,CFO and Sales Executives analysis on key Sales Drivers to assist business and operational strategies by calculating and forecast costs and revenues across all product categories in conjunction as key customer, division and product-line ups.
Provide spreadsheet applications and dashboards to monitor, manage and communicate key financial metrics and KPI results.
